Robooter E60 Pro GT Folding Power Chair

The Robooter E60 Pro GT is the most capable chair Robooter make once the pavement runs out, and the model they now build in place of the E60 Pro-A. Twelve inch wheels front and rear carry it over grass, gravel and a kerb lip, and it still folds by hand into one piece for the car. It measures 25.2 inches (64 cm) wide on the outside and carries users up to 330 lb.

What the GT generation changed

The Pro GT keeps the Pro-A's frame, folded size, weight, capacity and wheels, and adds two 250 W motors and a new integrated controller with cruise control. Robooter publish the same 23 km range and 330 lb capacity for both, so the difference you feel is power and control rather than distance.

Is the E60 Pro GT right for you?

Best for: grass, gravel, packed trails and kerb lips, longer outdoor runs, and anyone who wants the most capable folding chair in the Robooter range.

May not be best for: tight indoor turning, where the Robooter E40 comes about inside 17.7 in against this chair's 33.5 in; or the lowest lifting weight, since the Pro GT is 82.5 lb with the battery in.

Will it fit your doorways and your car?

Unfolded the Pro GT is 41.4 in long, 25.2 in wide and 37.6 in tall (1052 x 640 x 956 mm). The 25.2 in outside width is the figure your doorways care about. Folded it is 33.7 x 25.2 x 20.7 in and lifts as one piece. The battery lifts out separately and takes 7.5 lb off the carry.

Robooter publish a minimum turning radius of under 85 cm (33.5 in). That is a wide turn, so measure the clear floor beyond your narrowest doorway before ordering.

Wheels, suspension and what it will climb

Twelve inch omni directional wheels at the front turn the chair on the spot, over front suspension and a depth adjustable footplate. Twelve inch pneumatic rear tyres take the sting out of rough ground. Robooter publish a 3.1 in obstacle and a 5.9 in ditch for this model.

Battery, range and charging

A 24 V lithium ion pack in 20 Ah for 23 km or 25 Ah for 30 km, charging in 7 and 8 hours. Range varies with rider weight, terrain, temperature and driving style. The battery lifts out of either pack size for charging indoors.
