Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information via email so you can follow its journey right to your door.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by product and region. Standard items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Large-item (White Glove) deliveries depend on scheduling and distance; you’ll be contacted with a delivery window.
What are your shipping & delivery options?
We offer free shipping on almost everything at CareMade.ca.
For larger items like power lift chairs and adjustable beds, a White Glove Delivery & Assembly fee applies. This fee is already included in the displayed price and varies by zone:
Zone A: Ontario & Québec
Zone B: Eastern & Western provinces
This way, you’ll always see the final price upfront — no surprises at checkout.

Where are you located and what are your store hours?
Our showroom is located inside Southpoint Mall at Suite 930, 15057 32 Avenue in Surrey, BC. We are open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Are your products compliant with Canadian regulatory standards?
Yes. All of our products meet the required Canadian regulatory standards and are clearly organized to help you compare features, options, and pricing with confidence.
