On most orders, yes. Shipping is free on everything over $100, and a flat $29.99 on orders under $100, anywhere in Canada.

We get your order ready within 1 to 3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes another 4 to 9 business days depending on where you live. Express delivery (1 to 4 business days) is available on select items, and if you are somewhere remote where an extra charge would apply, we will always check with you first.

Yes, and we make it easy. For lift chairs and adjustable beds, full in-home delivery and assembly is a flat $450 anywhere in Canada, separate from regular shipping. Our team brings it into the room you choose, sets it up, and makes sure it is working perfectly before they leave.

Of course. As soon as your order ships, we send tracking to your email so you can follow it right to your door.

Yes, and it can make a larger purchase much easier to manage. At checkout you can choose Shop Pay to split your order into smaller scheduled payments. There are interest free options, and on bigger items like lift chairs, scooters, and adjustable beds you may qualify for plans of up to 6 monthly payments at 0% interest, subject to eligibility. Your available plans and the estimated monthly amount appear right on the product page and again at checkout. PayPal is also available if you prefer.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Every checkout is secure and encrypted.

If something is not the right fit, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Walkers, rollators, manual wheelchairs, and many accessories qualify. For health and safety reasons, lift chairs, beds, bathroom safety items, custom orders, and anything used or assembled are final sale. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

We will make it right. Just reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Yes. Everything we sell comes with a manufacturer warranty valid in Canada. Coverage varies by brand and model, and if you ever need to make a claim, we will walk you through it.
