Shipping policy

At Care Made, we partner with trusted manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers across Canada to deliver mobility and medical equipment safely and on time. Standard shipping is free across Canada on orders over C$100, excluding Golden lift chairs and the Harmony Hi-Low. These products come with our premium full in-home delivery and assembly service, C$450 added at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is prepared for shipment, tracking information is provided when available. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and manufacturer fulfilment schedules.

Care Made ships across Canada. Remote and extended service areas may require additional transit or scheduling time.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free across Canada on orders over C$100, excluding Golden lift chairs and the Harmony Hi-Low. Pride lift chairs ship directly from the manufacturer with free standard shipping; full in-home delivery and assembly is not available for Pride. Estimated delivery is 4 to 9 business days. Timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and supplier fulfilment schedules.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available on select eligible items, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 4 business days. Current checkout rates are C$40 for eligible shipments up to 10 lb and C$95 for eligible shipments from 10.01 to 25 lb. The available option and price are shown at checkout.

Premium Full In-Home Delivery and Assembly

Every Golden lift chair and the Harmony Hi-Low comes with our premium full in-home delivery and assembly service, C$450 added at checkout.

The product ships to the terminal nearest your home. Once it arrives, the delivery team will contact you to arrange room-of-choice placement, complete setup, and a working check before they leave.

All other eligible orders over C$100 receive free standard shipping Canada-wide.

Remote and Extended Service Areas

Remote and rural destinations may require additional transit or scheduling time. The same free standard shipping and premium service terms described above still apply.

Product Availability

Delivery estimates depend on inventory availability and supplier fulfilment schedules. If an item is backordered or temporarily unavailable, our team will notify you with an updated estimated delivery timeline.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
